Davos Accommodation by Finnish Flow – Booking Terms & House Rules

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following Terms.

Booking & Payment

• Accommodations are booked for the full availability period listed.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, successfully processed via Stripe. And when all required information have been received.
• All bookings are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• The individual or organization making the booking is fully responsible for any damages or costs caused by the guests staying at the accommodation. Repair costs exceeding normal wear and tear will be invoiced.
• The booking is non-transferable. Subletting, assigning, or transferring the booking to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
• Late check-out without prior approval will incur an additional fee.

House Rules

Cleanliness

• Guests must leave the accommodation in a clean and respectful condition.
• Excessive mess, garbage, or the need for deep cleaning will result in a minimum CHF 300 cleaning fee.
• Note: No housekeeping is provided during the stay.

Quiet Hours & Conduct

• Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in accordance with Swiss residential regulations.
• Parties, events, and loud music are strictly prohibited.
